The blanket was as plush as expected. Unfortunately, the blanket would not stay on. Numerous attempts were made using the owner's manual to reset the control. No efforts resulted in the blanket staying on for more than 3-5 minutes.

I bought it because it looked so plush! And it is! But it weighs a TON! I have a queen size and it is so heavy it slides off to the side of the bed. I wish I had gone to a store instead of buying online. My mistake.

The blanket heats quickly and well ... it's a bit heavy and also tends to slide during the night. Also, it's a bit small for a queen blanket. Probably there is a better product for the same money.

I am totally digging this blanket! The only thing is the auto off feature seems to be a LOOOOONG delay because it was on for almost an entire day because I forgot to look and turn it off in the morning, and Preheat feature? Really? Why can't you just turn it on low? Other than that it warms up relatively quick and has a convenient plug for our bedroom and if it isn't the cord is pretty long so everyone should be satisfied.

After doing quite a bit of research, I odered the RoyalMink Heated Blanket...it's more like a thinner comforter than a regular electric blanket. I've always used an electric blanket and liked the ones I've had before; however, you're not suppose to put anything on top of them. This one is more substantial and, I guess, you would say, more elegant, if you will. I've used it for a couple of months and am thrilled with it.
