I got mine on schedule plugged it in and it was ready to go. So simple. It fits the area I wanted it for and had the look that I needed. It runs quite and the grandboys love it. It has given my front room the homey feel that I was looking for. It easy to clean. It puts out good heat. The rock is really nice and has the real rock look. The glass where you see the fire doesn't get hot, but down where the blower and the heat come from do. small area. I was very satisfied with my product and the pricing was very reasonable.

This is a nice looking fireplace. There was a problem with the shipping, which JM Prime was on top of it to help resolve the issue. They have been great during this process. A few weeks after ordering, we finally go the fireplace. After setting it up, the fireplace looks nice, however there is one big discrepancy. The dimensions on this website is off. I may not have bought the fireplace knowing this. The actual dimensions is approximately 39 3/4"x 39 3/4" x 11". I was really anticipating the 16" depth and approximately the additional 4" in height.
