I bought this to replace the same brand non programmable unit. Wiring was simple and and was even able to use old base so didn't even need to unscrew from wall.

The picture on this item currently shows a thermostat that is taller than it is wide. I ordered specifically to fit into a narrow space. One bate-and-switch later I received a 1F78-151 which is wider than it is tall and far to wide for the space where I need to put it.

As always Amazon was great about handling the return.

The house already had a White Rodgers 70 series non-programmable thermostat when I moved in, and I was really pleased to find that I could just snap off the front of the old one and put the face of this new one on and not have to deal with any wiring.
