This is my third replacement. The unit does not accurately reflect the indoor temp. Air ran all night. Temp in apt was 60 but the thermostat read 84.No help at all from Honeywell. Told me to call Paul Arntzen in customer service. After ten calls all of which went to voice mail I never heard back.
Bought a different brand and it works great.

Best Deals on Honeywell International CT8775C1005 Digital Thermostat
After being told by someone that this version of the iconic Honeywell round thermostat was a vast improvement over the original, spring coil controlled Honeywell CT87, I got the CT8775C for my forced-air heating/AC system.I must say that this thermostat is really a tremendous unit, although it's not cheap. If you have an old CT87, this unit will mount in the same exact space, using the same drill holes. The rest is simple--just connect the wires, set the dip switches (if necessary) on the back and you're in business.
Pluses:
* No need to drill new holes in the wall, and no need to repaint/wallpaper due to a differently sized base.
* Not necessary to level the unit (as with the CT87).
* The room temperature matches the set temperature exactly once the environment has stabilized (my old CT87 was not even close).
* No anticipator setting required.
* Very tight control of the room temperature vis-a-vis the set temperature.
* Lights up by pushing a switch (using the 24V in the circuit)
* No mercury hazmat issues with damage or disposal.
Minuses:
* Not cheap in comparison with other Honeywell units that do more in the way of day-to-day programming.
* Not really a minus, but there is an intentional about five-second delay between changing the desired temperature and the "call for heat" (or cooling) signal going to the furnace/AC. (At first, I thought the unit was not working.)
