This is the BEST Fryer money can buy.... Love it and it cooks everything really fast compared to other fryers.I've taken Fresh Cut French Fries out of other fryers that had cooked for 12 minutes and weren't even half cooked, dropped them into this fryer and they were crispy and done in less than 3 minutes. I cook Fried Shrimp all the time and they are done in 2 1/2 minutes.

My husband and I are very happy with this fryer. The basket holds quite a bit of food. The temp. stays steady after you put in the food. So far everything we've made came out delicious. Cleanup isn't too bad... once the oil is cool just pour it through some cheese cloth back into the container it came in. I was surprised to see how little oil it actually used. So far we've made french fries, fish, chicken, and taquitos. Looking forward to trying to make jalapeno poppers and cheese sticks.
