So far I'm very happy with this water dispenser. The price was a little more than some of the other coolers out there, but I'm glad I got it and I believe that it was well worth the extra money. I bought it for use in our small office at work. It's sitting on a counter which works very well. Customers have access and there are 7 employees that also use it regularly. I've had a couple of other models before this one (the last one was Haier) and they worked fine for a few months and then either the hot or cold would stop working. I'm really hoping this one will last much longer. To offer a true review, I would need to wait for about a year! :) Anyway, one thing I definitely like over the other dispensers is how fast the water comes out. It fills my water bottle really quickly. The Haier took forever! It's also much easier to get my water bottle under the spout than the Haier. The Haier also dripped after filling my cup. This cooler doesn't drip at all. So much better than our last one! The hot comes out hot enough for tea or hot chocolate. I always have to wait to drink it because it's too hot at first, which is good! The cold water is nice and cool. It's not a fancy looking cooler, but that's okay. I'd rather have quality than gadgetry. Of the different coolers we've had, this one does seem to be the best built!

Arrived quickly was going to order it through Amazon but it was cheaper through the vendor listed cannot be sure how I ended up there, but there I was. Anyway, the color is not that dark it's off white and it is nice. It looks good and blends in on my counter. Now the good part this is the coldest water dispenser I ever used! The water is freezing. And the unit is super quiet. There is a screw at the you can turn to adjust the temperature. There is a hot water switch to turn on the hot water. There is a safety switch on the dispenser for dispensing where you have to press and double press, I don't know, it took me a half a second to figure out and I like that. You can turn it off the switch for hot water off for extra safety! I am using Primo water I get at Walmart at the front, but I believe it is available all over the place. It arrived quickly and although the box was not taped, it had bands around it so it would not open. It was more than I wanted to spend, but if the family drinks more water this way, and we are since setting it up, then this will be worth it, and no more dragging bottles from the store or taking up fridge room.Best Deals on Clover B9A Hot and Cold Countertop Water Dispenser
bought this on a risk after reading about how flimsy other tabletop dispensers were, turns out it works great! holds enough hot and cold water for a family of 10+, temperatures are both great and flows quite nicely. a little big and the design is a little plain, but it's sturdy and well built (hot water drain is located under the machine)clover even sent us a thank you postcard, a little but nice touch

The Clover hot/cold water dispenser is as advertised! The hot water is really hot. The unit looks great on my counter. Also love the hot water tap safety feature and that you can turn the tap off if you need to.This unit costs more but is really worth it.

I've had this water dispenser for about 2 months with daily home use.Pros:
* Solid base for 5 gallon water bottle to sit on
* Child prevention lever on hot water side
* Compact
Cons:
* Cold water side died after 2 months of use (no longer an issue)
* Cup "shelf" under dispensers very narrow
UPDATE 8/8/13:
The cold water side all of sudden began working again so to be fair, I've changed my rating from two to four stars. I never contacted the seller or manufacturer either. I would like this dispenser to keep functioning for at least a year before having any other problems since I'm considering purchasing another as a backup. Fingers crossed.
