I got this product for its ability to connect to a remote wireless thermostat. So far everything works as advertised with no real issues. I installed the product myself and was able to connect the wireless thermostat (sold separately) without any issues. I have only had it for about two months so I can't speak to longevity, but functionality is fine.

this product works well. I have had it for over a year and not one issue. I think the previous user with bad feedback just had a faulty thermostat. Owell I can only vouch for mine.
