Needed a hot beverage server for apple cider. Not only did this unit heat and maintain temperature, it was very easy to clean. Nice lower cost alternative to maintenance heavy equipment that requires water.

I use these at product demonstrations. The stainless pots look great and the heating element is very efficient. It heats up the food quickly and maintains the heat evenly. Do turn off the unit at least 30 minutes or more before you have to put it away. It takes that long for the elements to cool down.
