I purchased the Broil King Hot Plate for my soup restaurant because it was cost effective. Much to my surprise, it's a really nice piece of equipment. It's compact, easy to operate and easy to clean. It heats up quickly and maintains a consistant temp. I have only used it for a couple of weeks, so we'll see how long it last. But, for now, I am very happy with it!This appliance provides more power than the average portable hot plate. It heats up quickly and provides fast and efficient cooking.
