Unfortunately I'm returning this little red number. I was not impressed by its performance. It took many trial and errors to finally get an edible waffle. Teach me to buy a kitchen appliance/aid because of its color.

The one I got looked used but even with that. The waffles would not have been thick. I imagine they would be very thin waffles which is not what I wanted at all. I'll settle for a Belgian wafflemaker.
