i ORDER THE PRODUCT, CAME WITH MISSING PARTS (NO LIDS), ORDER 2ND TIME, CAME WITH LIDS BUT BROKEN BASE, AND THE LIDS DIDN'T FIT SNUGLY ON TRAYS.The product base is made in USA, so all the electrical and all should be good quality, although doesn't look like that at all, everything else looks very aluminum like, looks like cheap cake molds material. I returned it and I am still looking around. Just once again, not worth the almost 400 dollars you are paying for it. Looks like a 60 dollars product.
