I am very satisfied with this small deep fryer. I'm a widower and it is ideal for preparing fried meals for one person. First time I used it, I accidently slightly over-filled with oil and it ran over when I lowered the basket with two fish fillets. No damage just a bit of a mess to clean up. Since then, no problems and I use it two to three times a week and it's great. Warms up fast and fries perfectly and I can re-use the same oil a few times saving some money.

I replaced an older deep fryer with this one. Does a good job with small batches ( single of smalll double serving). I havefrozen and fresh fries and they come out beautiful. Grease will last 8 or so batches before it needs cleaning or replacing.

Worked great for a year, though oil boiled over sides occasionally. Heating element quit. No parts or service network available. Company would not respond to e-mails or parts request. Will never buy an e-ware product again.

Could not keep the oil hot enough so fries and hash browns turned out very soggy and oily and could not be eaten so we returned it... Can't recommend!
