I chose this model because it had the specifications I needed, mainly an adjustable temperature differential.

As received, the differential could NOT be adjusted, and was less than 0.2 F, much too small for a Geothermal system. The relay which switches on the auxiliary electric heat did not work.

Seems to be a good product. I'm replacing an old non-programmable RS T-Stat with this one. Only been installed since 26 Dec 11. Awaiting first couple of utility bills to do a cost comparison. Contacted seller's technical help for a wiring solution just a bit different from original T-Stat. They were very helpful. Turns out the unit wasn't defective just missing some clarifications within the installation instructions for wiring and additional jumpers if required.

Instructions are very well documented for an easy installation, Controls are aslo easy to follow. Backlighting is a major plus and delivery was fast.
