the product is Better if you get the right one... I order this Lux PSPH521L but they send me the wrong one...

I send it back to them (PLUMBER OUTPOST) and they send me the same wrong item AGAIN....

then they told me the product i order has been discontinued.... hmmmmm

and if I'm not happy just send it back....

I think they mislead the costumer then if not happy they just told to send it back...

I have no choice because it a delay of my project....

i like the one that i order coz its easy to replace the battery...

Works great just as advertised. Easy to install, but READ the directions! It is very important to follow directions as you could damage your HVAC.

I am a seventy-five year old retired Policeman/Fireman/PrisonEngineer with 440 thermostats just like the one I bought.
