Buy Universal Thermostat Standard Heat / Cool with Fan Control
First thermostat received didn't work, but seller sent out another one right away without any hassles. Both were new in factory packaging, the first one was just a lemon I guess. Installation was easy and we haven't had any problems with it since & the seller provided stellar customer service!
