I purchased this relay for use with my Nest v2 to control my humidifier. I have a Carrier humidifier that is hooked up into my forced air furnace and air conditioner (central air).

I hooked this up as a relay between my external HVAC (I installed on just for use with the humidifier) and my Nest. Works like a charm.
