Gave this to my husband at Christmas. Nice coffee maker but he tried it out and it takes an hour to make a pot of coffee. Not really pleased. He tried calling the customer service, no answer, left message, no call backs. Really disappointed. If no one calls us back, will probably return it. Which means shopping for another one.

Didn't work out of the box. I gave it one star but really it deserves ZERO-dosen't work. Poorly made, buy something like this from walmart so it easy to take back.
