This product is perfect for integrating door switches into an hvac system. I used this relay so that if my customer opened the door temporarily just to get something and then walk back inside that it would not turn the system off. The doors would need to stay open for a few minutes before shutting the a/c system down, thus saving electricity and not having a power robbing situation where the doors are open and the a/c is running.
