After upgrading my thermostat to a 'Nest', I discovered I needed an extra wire ('C' wire). My existing wiring only had 4 wires. This wire was easy to pull, easy to strip, and was a perfect gauge for the thermostat.
Not a lot to say about this, other than, if you need 5 wire thermostat wire then this is the one you should get.
