This product replaced an older version that the clock died on. It had all the wires, including the ground, for install. It took about 30 minutes to swap out the old and put in the new. Works exactly like it should. My only complaint is with Amazon, not the product. It is NOT as the picture shows, the clock and timer are NOT digital. The clock and timer works great but it is analog with timer clips the same as the simple intermatic timers for a household lamp, etc.
