Works extremely well, would buy a second if I could get it into the space under. Easy set-up, thermal switch works as it should. Cool thing is the fan runs after the the fireplace has gotten to temperature setting set on the wall thermostat,using that radiant heat built-up in the fire place cavity, until the switch kicks it off when it reaches the -150 degrees Works great folks !
