Review of Electric Japanese Takoyaki Pan Sop-650(r)
Of course I had no problems with Amazon and getting it here and I had no problems with the company. I usually don't leave any reviews but I just had leave one this time. WARNING: This item cannot be used in the United States unless you have a converter, 120 volt to 100 volt. In the directions it states that it is only to used in Japan and it has a warning that you can only us it on 100 volt electrical systems. I guess if you live in Japan or anywhere that uses 100 volt electrical then no problems but if you live in the states don't waste your time. If you really want a takoyaki maker get one form Marukai, its the only place I could find one that works in the states. That one also has a flat top attachment for teppenyaki and okonomiyaki.I would have loved to given this takoyaki pan 5 stars if possible, it's light, comes in a beautiful design and has the easiest cooking ability ever, with just an on and off switch. Unfortunately the item that I got was a dud and I was NOT able to cook a batch of takoyaki as I had hoped and was quite disappointed. The company that sold me the pan AOYAMA was quite prompt to remedy this issue and was gracious enough to issue back a full refund.
