Customer service has been great. Had a problem with the glass fitting. They were right on it. But Dimplex is slow to find the replacement part so 2 months into it still don't have the completed product....hope I don't have to returnThis fits perfectly in my decor. I love the real stone feature. It also puts out a lot of heat.
