It looks really good in the shower and it IS a rain shower as advertised, however, the short arm it comes with is useless... if you buy this shower head you need to buy a longer arm. The water pressure that comes through it could be stonger but it works okay, I just stand under it longer to get my thick hair wet. Besides, I think all the rain showers are like that.

For a rain shower head it's of good quality and looks great, but the shower arm is unacceptable in my opinion. They shouldn't include it, as it just makes people angry. If you don't plan to buy a longer shower arm with the purchase of this shower head, then don't buy it. I don't regret my purchase though I just wish I would have known I'd need a longer arm... And that's the reason I'm only giving 3 stars.

the arm is so short, i do not know why is attached to this shower head, I just threw the arm because there was no way to use it, all arrived in perfect condition and fast

For the price, this is a fantastic shower head both look and operation. It does come with an 8 inch shower arm, but ideally should have a 12+ inch shower arm.

Better than expected, Nice flow of water. The price was very reasonable and complete all parts that are usually extra came with this unit. I would recommend this to my friends for sure and would buy from this seller again.

Great shower head, which meets the quality expected of Pfister. Has shorter arm. Bottom line, a good quality shower head for low ceilings or tall people.
