I installed this with Mermaid Oil Rub Bronze Shower Head Combination.
The volume control is not really working either on or off.
The temp control also does not work I can not increase the temp after a certain limit even if I click the override button.
The temp changes when I open other faucets in the house which means the thermostat is not functioning properly.
The overall look and quality is great but it's a diappointment to not be able to control the volume and temp in a flexible way for this kind of price.

I just installed this valve into my new shower stall. It is great to be able to set the water temperature separate from the water pressure/volume. Once you have the water temperature to your liking, you can easily adjust the volume of water from a trickle to full blast. If you're into water conservation, this is a great way to control the amount of water used during a shower. This was installed in conjunction with the "Danze 4 port shower diverter". This combination gives you many options: you can have 1, 2, or 3 functions going at the same time with the diverter valve controlling the options, and this 2 handle valve allows you the ability to adjust water volume as needed based on how many functions you're using at a time. I love the Bannockburn design along with the brushed nickel finish.
