We ordered it in December so have had it 4 months now with no troubles. It's easy to swap out the bottles, and it's never given us any trouble. Hot/cold water on demand. It gets a lot of use in my employee break room with 7 or 8 people using it heavily, most of us tea drinkers. It's a great temp for tea plenty hot enough. We're very glad we got it and I'm only hoping that writing this review hasn't hexed it. :)
