This item is an excellent thermostat and it is easy to install. I am not really the handyman type but it only took 15 minutes too ijnstall. Plus, it is lowering my electric bill tremendously. Love this item.

It turns on and it turns off, that's about the only good thing about this unit. The temperature display reads 4-5 degrees higher than the actual room temperature and it continuously overshoots the set-point. If I set it to 69 degrees at night, I wake up to a hot house with the thermostat reading 78 degrees. What's up with that?
