This fireplace looks great in my first living area. Putting it together wasn't too hard of a task and its sturdy and heavy. I have it placed in a corner and it looks perfect there. I hid the cord running from the unit. Guests mistake it as a traditional fireplace.

At first we lost the directions so was hard to figure it out. After locating the directions it went together easily. looks great and is very sturdy when put together. Love how it looks in the. Throws out decent heat and flames look very nice.

THIS FIREPLACE LOOKSS GREAT AND PUTS OUT A LOT OF HEAT. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS WHEN THE FAN COMES ON THERE IS A VIBRATION INSIDE AND ITS VERY NOISY. MIGHT SEE IF THEY WILL EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER ONE.

Although it looks nice, the time and frustration it took to put this together wasn't worth it. Some of the hardware didn't fit and I had to glue some parts. Customer service isn't open on weekends, so; for the working person it a little harder to connect with them.
