Review of White-Rodgers 1F83-0471 Universal Non-Programmable Thermostat
Easy hook-up. Blue backlight is cool looking. Keeps very accurate temperature. You will need a neutral from furnace for the backlight to stay on. Just use a blank wire in the harness and hook to common on furnace and on thermostat (white). This is for gas/oil units. Heat pumps already use the neutral.
