The wall heater never had a wall thermostat. The wall heater had a hydraulic style gas valve. When I installed a new gas valve I selected a valve that would use a thermostat. This thermostat was easy to install and it works as advertised.

We bought 6 of these to use with our radiant floor heating system and they were very troublesome from the start.We shortly after bought 6 nice digital ones and replaced them.The digital ones work perfect and are very acurate throughout the house at maintaining correct temp.
