My husband had tried several other thermosets, 6 in all, on our new air conditioner, but none seemed to work. We looked to see what the thermoset was at our home and it was Totaline, it works great! This one is not with battery backup but we didn't want battery backup. Good price and great service. Would by from this company again.

It easily replaced old thermostat,backlight feature went out a few days after installed.Programing features were of no use and took awhile to hold settings.

Well it looks like the thermostats that I order were not as good as I expected and well I had to change them.
