I have owned 10-12 of these Markel heaters over the last 40 years. The earliest were blue, then brown then white. The blue and brown work for years and years with only an occasional dust cleaning. The white models are China made and are OK except for one fatal flaw: the wire connections to the elements burn out and thus no heat is produced. Markel was good enough to replace my two heaters, but they too burned out. So I bought some good high heat wire connectors and a crimping tool, and replace/recrimp them as needed. (the old connectors fall apart like carbon.) Otherwise the heaters seem fine for my home and summer cabin. I realize this type of repair isn't for everybody but it works for me. Mind you I bought my last two heaters about 5 years ago so hopefully Markel has improved their Chinese connectors.

I do like the heat settings for these including the no fan lower setting.

PS (march 2011) I purchased two more of these heaters in January 2011. One element has just quit in the same fashion as before. I must now get out my repair kit.

After reading a couple of the favorable reviews I purchased this heater for my 80 year old mother. The heater broke within 45 days. I contacted TPI and they told me I had to go through the seller Antonline. Antonline told me they only had a 30 day return policy and after that it was not their responsibility. After numerous phone calls to TPI (the manufacturer) they said they were not going to honor the warranty because I had purchased it from an unauthorized retailer. They said that they had received a number of complaints from customers about the heater and unless the heaters came from one of their authorized dealers they we not going to replace them. I told them as a consumer I should not have to be responsible for verifying who is authorized to sell a company's products.

They responded that my complaint along with the others had been discussed at the highest levels in the company and that the decision to not honor the warranty was final. I filed a complaint with the Tennessee consumer affairs division. I not only found it deplorable that they would not even consider that they may have had a manufacturing flaw, but to also just neglect your own warranty was too much.

Not only will I not recommend this heater, but I would not recommend purchasing any product made by TPI.

We have purchased a large quantity of these fans for use at mountain-top communications sites that can get pretty chilly in the winter months. Over the years, these have proven to be very robust, dependable heaters. They are also great camping heaters in that, on the LOW setting, the fan does not kick on and off, or run at all. If you're a light sleeper, this allows you to sleep, while still getting plenty of radiant heat with a thermostat setting. The LOW setting is enough to keep a 24-foot trailer nice and warm inside while outside temperatures are in the 40's. The low setting is also nice since it is not drawing much current through your trailer's electrical wiring. These are sturdy heaters and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have two of these. They send out wonderful heat, much more then the ceramic type heaters that are so popular. I've used these for the past 4 years with no issues. They provide enough heat to warm my office and living room during extreme cold weather. They are built pretty heavy duty and very solid. I would recommend these heaters

I bought two of these heaters within a month of each other.

The first one works fine while heating a 12x12 room.

The second one broke down after three weeks of light usage. It was heating a small, 60-degree bathroom up to 72-degrees , which means it wasn't being overused or taxed in any way. At first it began emitting a strange odor a burning smell than it stopped heating, even though the unit was still running. Pushing the Reset Button does nothing. I suspect that the element burned out. A label on the outside of the unit warns that there are no user replaceable parts inside. The heater is worthless.

Despite the fact that the first heater is still working nicely, I cannot recommend the product.

I adore this fryer! The one change I would make is it would be nice if I could remove the oil bowl for easier cleaning. Oh, and the magnetic cord thing can come undone sometimes, we have to make sure it has a direct to outlet position.

We have made green fries (battered green beans), jalapeno poppers, onion rings, egg rolls, and homemade corn dogs. All have turned out great. For the price, I think it's nearly perfect!

This fryer only lasted 2 months, I only used it a few times. It is VERY cheaply made, the button to even open the top barely worked when I first used it. By my 3rd use, it took 5 minutes to get it open, then it wouldn't even heat up. Terrible! What a waste of money.

Honest reviews on Maxi-Matic Elite Cuisine 5 qt. Cool-touch Deep Fryer

I am totally thrilled with my new deep fryer, but I have never seen a cord like this one. There is no plug with prongs to the fryer just two little bars that attach. It's like it is a magnetic type plug. You have to watch that it doesn't get knocked loose. It really is terrific though.

The deep fryer works for the most part as well as we expected, but we are disapointed in the way the basket tips towards the back of the fryer when lowered. It's not as big as we would have liked, it's faily deep but not big enough inside to make a medium batch of homemade doughnuts. Other than that everything is good.

Big improvement over the Trudeau model 0823004 3-in-1 for just a few bucks more. This model has a much greater and more practical capacity. The capacity of the 0823004 was essentially fondue for two and not for 4 or 6. The fork guide on the 0823004 fit only the metal pot and not the cheese/chocolate pot. In this model it fits both. As with the 0823004 and unlike most other electric pots, the break-away power cord doesn't fall off if you look at it crooked. This is a really nice item. The handles on the metal pot make for easy preheating on the stove. Perhaps most of all, I love not having to mess with Sterno anymore.

This item is WONDERFUL for chocolate fondue !! We previously attempted to use the gel/ Sterno type fondue sets which were extremely difficult to control the level of heat. This set works great w/ chocolate IF you place the heat setting on a very low set point. We started by placing hot water in the water pan (only need to place in 1/4 of pan)& pre melt chocolate in mircowave to soften before placing in stoneware pan. We did a 3 hour dipping event and did not have replenish the water in the pan at all! We got to enjoy the event vs. using the other type fondue sets; NO need to keep lighting and snuffing out the gel heat pots & dealing w/ steam escaping from the set !!!

I strongly suggest if you are new at fondue or use of the electric method, "experiment" with this item before your event. Beside burning off the the acrid odor (make sure you read instructions and I recommend the initial "burn-off" be done under a kitchen exhaust hood) you'll eliminate any potential "hick-ups" if you're having a group over. ENJOY !

After researching a LOT of electric fondue pots, decided on this one, & it arrived this past week. Visually I at first thought it looked a bit small, but it was the perfect size for the homemade "Swiss Fondue" I made last night for the two of us. But while I can see this being used for a group of 4, or perhaps as part of a buffet, I think 6 people trying to dine at once from it would be pushing the limit (six color-coded stainless-steel fondue forks are included). Everything in this set is well-made; the base, stainless pot, & crock insert are solid with nice heft.

As per instructions, I made my cheese fondue in a separate pot on my range top, & then transferred it to the ceramic crock insert. Added an inch or 2 of water in the stainless pot (which you use by itself without the crock insert for oil or broth fondues), situated the crock insert inside, & switched on the heat. It was SO nice not to have to fiddle with sterno, & even though there's no numeration or "high-low" markings on the dial, it was very easy to simply raise or lower the heat accordingly. My fondue remained creamy smooth with no breaking/separating, as well as at perfect dining temperature with absolutely ZERO bottom scorching. Hand-washing is recommended, but wasn't an ordeal.

What a delight this appliance is!! I see many lovely fondue concoctions in our immediate future.

Honest reviews on Trudeau Alto 3 In 1 Electric Fondue Set, 11-Piece Set

Reading all the positive reviews for this product, I'm pretty bummed that I seem to have gotten a lemon. The stoneware insert on the pot I received cracked (practically exploded) the first time we used it, (and yes, we followed the instruction manual.) I'd advise anyone buying one of these to exercise some extra caution the first couple uses to make sure you got one of the good ones, and not one of the explodey-ceramic-bits ones.

Props to Amazon Customer Support for handling the return so smoothly, though.

Got this as a wedding gift and WE LOVE IT. We have tried several different styles over the years, but after seeing this one on the America's Test Kitchen we wanted one! We have used it a lot and it always comes out perfect. I was badly burned by an old one we had and my husband always complained about how another we used was awkward to use in preparing the fondue, but this one IS GREAT!

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program

We now have 3 juicers, a VitaMix 5200, and now 2 of these Excalibur dehydrators. For the life of me (bad pun?) I am STILL trying to figure how I can still get overweight with all this health food equipment surrounding me....If you can live with NO timer and a shorter warranty, this will serve you well. otherwise, pony up for the BIG bucks models. Our other model is the Excalibur Deluxe 3900 Dehydrator that has the extras. However, we just had a Cuisinart coffee maker go up in smoke while we were home and in the kitchen. I will NEVER, EVER use any appliance with a timer when not home again! A very frightening experience and I will just never trust in it again. I will however use my oven or microwave timer as a beeping indicator to alert me as to timing my work. I will also be home and in the house any & every time I ever have any cooking or brewing device active from now on. So for me, this model with NO timer is great.

With about 6 years now watching endless videos from John Kohler, kevingianni and so many others on YouTube, we have dramatically changed our life & health. I admit to not buying wholly organic but still feel better having modified diet with items like this combined with juicing, blending etc. Excalibur has ALWAYS been known for simply bullet proof items so I have little worry that this will long outlive me. There are concerns everywhere about using Teflon sheets with these dehydrators as they often contain Teflon #276. If you see any signs of wear, chipping, tearing etc, I recommend THROWING them out. Otherwise, if neurotic, use wax paper. If you are REALLY lucky try this. See if you have a 9" by 13" baking dish by Pyrex or Corning or whoever. If you do, chances are you can place 3 of them in your dehydrator after removing the trays! This led us to get even more "kinky" in what we would dehydrate for our old cats Lucy & Ethel, making them treats as well as for ourselves. Now fair warning, my brilliant idea of beer batter onion rings was one of my more Frankenstein inventions gone wrong. I will however, continue my mad scientist experiments because I find that just like with juicing, you honestly do not need a bunch of books, recipes etc. ALL you need is to toss stuff in and enjoy the fun of being creative and making your OWN discoveries. Just prep (if needed) to be safe and sanitary. It is honestly extremely rewarding. Except for maybe my beer soaked onion rings.

You will find that even with the cost of electricity & food used to make your own dehydrated foods, you should average about a 90% SAVINGS by doing it yourself over store bought prices. Plus you will be inventing some of your very own & special treats not found in stores. I often use it to raise my home made breads too. This will serve you well for quite a few things other than just being used as a dehydrator. Try making your own yogurt for instance. I strongly suggest you spend some quality time on YouTube and then run amok with your own experiments. Now if your cats bite and claw you if you screw up their treats just remember that they will love you "next time".

I have never seen any model of this brand fail yet. They must however since they actually still stock parts for even WAY old models. Again, that just bodes well for me anyway and tells me that you are dealing with a great company that is there for you to support you after the sale. I have had similar GREAT support for Le Quip with a failed juicer a couple years ago. I honestly just can't find a single negative thing to say about this particular model, any other model, or this company. At the current price point I give this 4 stars. If it were metal, it would be a flat 5 stars and well deserved. As is, currently you can find an older model in metal for about the same price WITH built in thermostat (if you want to trust it that is). So a well earned 4 stars for now. I will revisit this as months & years past as anything changes for better or worse.

If you are unsure about whether or not you want to try dehydrating, possibly go to YouTube and look for How to dehydrate and store food PART 1 by Dehydrate2store. That is what got me hooked and started on this addition to my juicing & blending.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program Okay, maybe you're not sure if you really want to invest in a good food dehydrator. Maybe you want to spend the least amount of money for the best possible experience to see if it's something you really are going to do. If this is the case, get your feet wet with this one: Nesco FD-37A American Harvest Food Dehydrator, 400-watt. It will do a serviceable job with a small amount of food, and if you decide you aren't going to bother with it, you aren't out that much.

But if you are serious about food preservation and storage, the Excalibur is THE dehydrator to buy, and you definitely want the nine-tray one because you can process more food at one time. I've had mine now for five years, during which time I have preserved a ton of food, and when I was given the opportunity to review this one, I was happy to get it because I can dry twice the amount of food now. Even though I paid more for my original Excalibur (the 3900), this one appears to be the exact same thing. In fact, the box arrived with the 3900 model checked even though Amazon shows something different. I wrote the company to double-check, and they confirmed it is the exact same model. It works with the Pack of 9 Premium 14" x 14" Non-Stick Dehydrator SheetsFor Excalibur 2500, 3500, 2900 or 3900 I already own, and those are useful for making fruit leathers if you're into that sort of thing...also craft projects like cookie-dough ornaments and the like.

Okay, let me just say: It works. It works reliably. It works efficiently. It is hands-down the best dehydrator available to the consumer market. Now, let me give you a few examples of how I use mine.

I planted three rows of okra three summers ago. I had okra coming out of my ears. I picked, sliced, and salted it, dehydrated it, and then vac-sealed it into mason jars (Claussen pickle jars work great, too) using a Foodsaver and either a FoodSaver T03-0023-01 Wide-Mouth Jar Sealer or FoodSaver T03-0006-02P Regular-Mouth Jar Sealer. We're still eating on that okra now! During harvest season, I can purchase locally grown organic produce cheaply in bulk and dry it as well. This spares me of the heat and electricity canning requires. I can either throw some dry into a soup or microwave a bunch in water to reconstitute it before I rinse and prepare it. Some veggies do better than others; cabbage preserves better when fermented rather than dried, for example. You just have to experiment.

I also dehydrate bagged frozen veggies like the cubed carrot/pea/onion/bean mixes. Why would anyone in their right mind dehydrate frozen vegetables? Because the dehydrated veggies take up a tenth of the space and they don't go bad if your power goes off for days. You can also store them in the freezer if you want to, but your small chest freezer will hold a whole lot more food. Dehydrated foods are lightweight to take on camping excursions or to pack in a suitcase if you're doing the hotel or RV thing on the cheap. As long as you can get hot water, you can have your veggies. Hard-core hikers can literally dehydrate soups and reconstitute them on the trail. And, of course, there's always the jerky, dried fruits, and trail mixes...

An Excalibur is not small, but a Nesco takes up about as much room without offering nearly as much drying space. Mine fits neatly on a utility or closet shelf. I can sit it on top of the dryer in my utility room and run it there so it's out of my way. Like any appliance of this nature, it takes some experimenting to see what works best for you, but there is plenty of information available online and in books.

Even though I no longer am able to garden, I still consider my Excalibur dehydrator to be an essential piece of equipment, one I would never give up. You just can't go wrong with it.

Best Deals on Excalibur 9 Tray Dehydrator

there are a lot of dehydrators out there but for box styles no on beats excaliber. yes there is a lot the company could do to make things better especially for the price, but im not planning on buying a new one for the next 10-15 years and this does its job well. there is a off switch. no timer but its easy to just but things in over night or make them earlier in the day if they only take a few hours. the people who make it sound like these are the worst thing ever most likely would not be happy with anything because it does not make diamonds out of peanuts. its not a miracle worker but it does its job.if the plastic bothers you they have a stainless steel option but you will pay for it and really, yes we should all watch our plastic use ( BPA or not!) but some exposure really is not going to kill us and long as we limit our exposure in other areas.

Honest reviews on Excalibur 9 Tray Dehydrator

In short: Expensive. But worth it if you do (or want to do) much in the way of food and herb dehydration.

We bought this during an Amazon sale a couple months ago and have never regretted it. We're a family of just two, and growing any kind of garden at all usually means way too many vegetables turning ripe all at once. In addition, we decided that since we tend to use dill in many dishes, we'd grow a bunch.

Well, the dill grew like crazy, and while it's great fresh, it just won't keep forever that way. Hence the dehydrator, which does a great job of taking it down to the point where we can crush and vacuum-pack large quantities of it for future use. (A couple years' worth at this point.) Not quite as much basil and other herbs from our gardens, but those dried nicely, too.

We've also dehydrated tomatoes, zucchini, celery, plums, bananas, strawberries, and lots more. The great thing about the Excalibur over our previous cylinder-style stacking tray dehydrator is it dries much more evenly and it's far easier to get the temperature exactly right.

I know some folks have said in other reviews a drawback to this model is it doesn't have a timer, but quite honestly, you can just buy a $5-10 AC-outlet timer from Amazon or a local hardware store and achieve the same result for a lot less money. Mostly, we just use our kitchen timer to help remember to go check the dehydrator every few hours when it's running.

Cons (besides the price): It is big, with a 19"x17" footprint, and will take up a lot of space. It's also rather loud, so you might want to run it in a utility room or garage. (I'd say it's a little louder than our old dehydrator. On the other hand, it's clearly moving a lot more air, given how much faster things dry in the Excalibur; I'd estimate about 1/3 faster on average.)

More pros: The trays are sturdy and very easy to clean. However, especially for foods that can be messy (like tomatoes), I recommend getting these: Pack of 9 Premium 14" x 14" Non-Stick Dehydrator SheetsFor Excalibur 2500, 3500, 2900 or 3900. They're a big help.

Don't waste your money on other dehydrators. Bite the bullet and get an Excalibur. I had wanted an Excalibur for years while using cheaper dehydrators. What a waste of time and money that was. The Excalibur is so much faster and more efficient. It is a joy to use, and a purchase you won't regret.

I just love this little machine, but with all things there is room for improvement.

First things first. The ease of cleaning is amazing for a fryer. Just drain the oil with the spiffy little drain tube, wipe out the insides, throw the basket in the dishwasher and your home free. It's compact and takes up less room then most conventional fryers, I'm a real fan of its internal design which keeps my lovely self from being burned during the cooking process, and if you squint your eyes, glance at it sideways, imagine it with some Scfi accessories it looks vaguely like R2D2. It is great for a 2 person household and cooks food well.

Now for the suggestions. The food capacity needs to be increased to cut down on the time it takes to complete your frying projects. The frying temps need to be increased (all true cooks know that for the best fryed chicken and fish you need temps that reach a little beyond 370). That's all I can think of for the moment. Happy frying.

A great item, still have not found a decent substitute. This is my fourth purchase. Replaced when the teflon coating wears out, makes cleaning hard. Only problem is Delonghi makes so many variations, you have to be careful when you order even though the picture may show a thermostat, some models do not have it, even though some dealer say it has one.

Read reviews of all the fryers. This fryer sounded the best and have found

it to be exceptional. The temperature is correct and has no revolving

basket to cause problems. Large enough for family of four.

Honest reviews on DeLonghi D677UX 2-1/5-Pound-Capacity Deep Fryer

This is my first deep fryer. After researching products forever, I settled on this one and I'm glad I did. It's of medium size so it fits fairly well on the counter. I love the "cool to touch" and that the basket can be lowered with the lid shut. I did not have a fogging up problem for the window which some people seem to feel is inevitable. I love the magnetic cord (I have a three year old), and I feel as safe as one can with a deep fryer in the house with a toddler. The oil heats up pretty qquick and the fried food comes out crisp and fairly greaseless. I am very pleased with this purchase.

If you've never used this style of fryer you will have no idea what you're missing. This is a spatter-free experience that cooks evenly and easily, and cleans up a hundred times easier than the simple fryer basket you've probably seen at the local discount store. And being able to easily clean and filter the oil means you will do so, so the food is going to taste a lot better and be a lot healthier. And it's safer.

This model works very neatly. The only things that could be better: the plug could be a couple of feet longer, the view window could be a little better to see in, and the heat could go a little higher. But those are quibbles. It cooks easy, clean, tasty, and good. Well worth the cost.

This is the 3rd winter I have had this stove, and my wife and I are very impressed as to how it has performed. Our family room is in the rear of our house (added on), and it has always been difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. Since I didn't have either natural gas or propane at my house, I researched everything carefully before my purchase. I ended up having my local propane company provide a 100 gallon tank (it usually lasts at least a full year), and I installed a flexible gas line to the new location. It was actually pretty simple for anyone who is handy with tools.

Since the installation, we have found we can decrease the thermostat setting for our house furnace a full 5 degrees and be perfectly comfortable in the family room. There was a noticeable drop in our overall heating costs the past 3 years. When you add that to the ambiance of having a fireplace, and the fact that there is no mess involved, this is one of my best purchases.

I live in the mountains of Colorado and needed a natural gas heater solution. After searching the internet, this stove seemed to meet my needs due to its high BTU rating, nice looks and some comments made by folks on various websites. However, once installed, it did not work. After several calls to customer service, it turned out that this stove does not work over 4,500 feet elevation (I am at 7,000 ft). Nowhere did it say this anywhere in all of the sales brochures published nor on anyone's website. Customer service did say it this information was posted on their website. However, I did not buy it from their website. Anyone who lives at higher altitude should avoid this product.

I was concerned if this would work at my home at 7,800 feet. It was very difficult to heat above 60 degrees with large windows in the front of the house. Another reviewer gave it a single star for not working at 7,000 ft. and mentioned he was using Natural Gas which may have been his problem. I have a 500 gallon LP tank and use it for central heat and the kitchen stove. Propane is under a higher pressure than Natural Gas. It worked so well I installed one heater in my bedroom. I have it at the lowest heat setting when it is 18 degrees outside at night. I no longer need my electric blanket and my dog loves sleeping in front of it.

One of these stoves is the Living Room under a large picture window. It works like a charm. I no longer close the blinds and have a great view of the snow capped mountains around the house. This raised my living room 15 degrees in a lttle over an hour. I did not purchase the blower for the unit since I have ceiling fans. I just turned them to rotate clockwise and the air is "sucked up" and distributed around the room. I no longer heat the whole house but just the rooms I use.

After getting out of the shower in the morning I can wear a towel while roaming around the house still dripping wet, make coffee and take my time getting dressed before going out into the snow to get my newspaper and clearing the driveway.

After all the work it is nice to have these "space" heaters keeping me warm in previously "cold" rooms.

Honest reviews on ProCom Dual Fuel Stove - 25,000 BTU, Model# QD250T

I bought this two months ago and finally had it installed today. I cannot say enough how great this little stove is! We bought it for a renovated basement area for warmth and ambiance and it gives plenty of both. We did not purchase the blower because the room is only 400 sq ft, and I can say for sure now, it wasn't needed for us. The instant heat filters out at a pretty decent pace and the room is warm within minutes.

I put this together on my own with no problems, and the install went smoothly. I chose this based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews on other websites and also because of the price. Our installer was very impressed with it and plans to recommend it to others as well.

Best of all, it is very attractive. Before it was even installed we had it sitting out during a party and it became a topic of admiring conversation: our guests asked us to invite them back to enjoy the fireplace after the install.

I noticed an earlier reviewer that was angry mentioned receiving a different model, and I want to point out, we ordered from this seller but the fireplace is slightly different than the picture above. But fret not I think it's much nicer! There is no 'ProCom' logo on the front. I was happy about this because I thought it looked a little cheap with that. So I have to say I am 100% happy!

****** Update

We've now had this in use every day for a few weeks. It is in our basement, and we have found that it is not 'overwhelmingly hot' in our space because much of the hot air rushes up the stairs and is also heating the first floor of our home, so we've hardly even had to run the home furnace at all. It makes all the rooms feel comfortable and cozy. WOW. I can't wait to see how much this lowers our winter gas bill!

I purchased an antique home in the summer and was told the floor furnace was great by the inspector. When winter came, after the house filled with gas TWICE had to disconnect. After a winter with no heat (and of course no water since pipes freeze), I was a VERY motivated buyer. This little stove (with the blower) sits in my living room. The 1100 sq. ft. house has no other heat system. Even when temperatures drop to below 0, my house is toasty warm. Because my house has doors and halls all over the place, I do place a floor fan in front of the hall from the living room towards the bedrooms. This helps move the warm air into the bedrooms and bathroom. Houses of similar size and from the same time period with central heat on my block run around 150 dollars a month to heat in the winter. My house runs between 20 and 35 dollars a month. The temperature is kept on 55 when I am gone during the day and 70 at night. However, it only takes a short time for the little stove to warm up the place. Also, I have hard wood floors. My stove doesn't sit on a platform of any kind. There has been no damage to the floor in the 6 years the vent free stove has been heating my home. A bonus is that the heat dries clothes on a little wood drying rack within hours. This saves money, is "green", and puts some humidity back into the house. Another added bonus is the flickering of the flames. They are just a delight to watch dancing after the lights are out on a cold winter's night.

As like everyone else i was happy to have heat from this unit when first purchesed. Now only a year later all fuel line hoses have cracked which i have replaced with fuel lines that are rated for fuel not just cheap vacuum line cannot keep unit operational i am always pulling the main jet and blowing compressed air through which is a job to remove , flushed fuel tank, tried different fuels. As far as im concerned this is just more Chinese junk.Do not spend your hard earned money on this. I know people that have had their forced air heaters for more than a decade and have had no problems. I dont like to be negative about anything but when a company is not going to build a decent product people should know.

I have 4 of these heaters which I have been using to keep buildings above freezing for about 4 years. While they have done the job, they have been very problematic. I have had several catch on fire. They seem to be very maintenance intensive. Ive been replacing filters and nozzles on them to try and keep them running. I probably need to replace the air pumps as well but thats more expensive. The hoses seem to be ok so far. Ive been using off road diesel fuel in them. Like the other person said you are basically happy just to have heat but these are not made like old forced air heaters Ive dealt with in the past. They put out alot of heat and keep the buildings from freezing so they do the job, you just have to keep up on the maintenance on them.

Works very well, if using in a shop move it to an area that will circulate the warm air back through it so thermostat will cycle it on and off. I was heating through a doorway and was getting cooked out of shop, once moved it worked great.

I liked my little Windchaser a lot.

It was a tad on the noisy side... but compact and very toasty.

It made my entire downstairs room warm and welcoming from its home beneath my desk.

But now it has up and died after one year of use.

I'll miss it.

Will I buy another one?

Not sure. It was warm and comforting during our time together.

But I'm looking for a longer term relationship.
