Did lots of research before buying 2 of these. Was about to buy the near equivalent from my local hardware store, but it was about $35 more expensive and didn't have Auto Changeover (ability to change from heating to cooling automatically). The big local stores don't sell Honeywell's 'Pro' line only the DIY variety.

I have disabled the AIR (Adaptive Intelligent Recovery) feature that brings the HVAC on early to achieve the set temperature when I set the timer to come on at 06:30, I don't want to be woken up at 05:45 by the sound of my heating system burning money.

Very simple to wire up. Did the two thermostats within 1 hour. This was made easy mainly because my house is relatively new, and the builders used the right color codes on the wiring. Also, I only have a single-stage, 'standard' HVAC system no heat pump.

The green LED backlighting is really nice I hated having to grub about in the dark, trying to read the controls on the old mechanical thermostats. Display is crystal clear and the user interface is very intuitive.

The only things missing (IMHO) are:

* Ability to automatically run the fan for ventilation. You have to set this ON/OFF manually. There is one manufacturer that makes home thermostats that do this, but they're square and ugly, and have clunky slide switches to control the fan and heat/cool settings, rather than the groovy electronic interface.

* Filter change reminder I can set a ToDo in my Palm Pilot to remind me of this, so it's no big deal.

My teenage son can't believe I installed this and programmed it myself. It was very easy. Just write down on a piece of paper the letters for where the wires go in your old thermostat and put them in the corresponding places in this one. As soon as I powered up this unit it worked, and I had all the wires in place. Directions are in plain English (and Spanish) and easy to understand.

Installation was very straightforward and easy. Programming was a snap. The large display is easy to read and simple to understand. My last programmable thermostat had extra buttons under a swinging panel and the whole unit swung out to replace the batteries. The latch broke and both pieces swung freely. Not a problem with this unit no extra moving "doors" or latches to break all functions are accessible from the large buttons on the front of the unit. And the batteries can be changed without losing your program! This is a nice unit and I'd definitely recommend it.

I am satisfied with the TH6110 thermostat. I chose 4 star because this leaves room for possible future problems. It installed well and the features are ideal for me. It operates on current from the furnace so I don't need to change batteries often. I've read that it clicks when controlling. It does, but it is inaudible a few feet distant. I had an older HW programmable. This one seems to have smoother regulation. I had a question that was quickly answered by Plumbing Planet. One side comment, if you need a cover plate to to conceal old mounting holes, you will find that the HW piece for this is very pricey. I made one myself. Overall rating is: Very Good Value.

If you are replacing another system thromostat, this is an excellent choice. Installation is a snap (simply attach the base to the wall in the appropriate place and connect existing color-coded wires to the poles designated in the instructions); programming in intuitive once you're familiar with the display indications; and manual control is simple and clear. If you are replacing an older Honeywell programmable, the old base plate might even fit this new thermostat, saving additional drilling and mounting chores. Lots of good features, too (see product discription): smart recovery, smart learning, 5+1+1 programming, etc. And a great price: all the features needed for controlling one of our two heating zones at much lower cost than other models.

I was a little apprehensive about this remote but it has turned out better than I expected. Works much better than the original remote that came with the fireplace logs.

I would recommend this control / receiver unit to anyone needing a gas-log control system that is more than an "on-off" unit, which is not a good idea in that for a few more bucks one can purchase this unit which offers more than the "on-off" feature which most folks would later find is necessary / desirable.

This item is a complete set of both remote control and fireplace receiver unit. I had a very expensive Skytech 5301 touchscreen which failed (the touchscreen went bonkers) after 2-1/2 years, which I initially planned to replace in kind. However, in searching for the "5301" I found it to be very costly. Upon contacting the store where the unit was purchased and installed, the saleswoman suggested I replace it with the Skytech 1001 TH-A, which cost less than half the price of the "5301" touchscreen.Quite obviously, the Skytech 5301 touchscreen unit has proven problematic based on the recommendation of the saleswoman to replace it with Skytech 1001 TH-A unit.

The vendor promptly sent this unit and thus met or exceeded my expectations. In fact, after receiving the unit and setting it up -which is very simple -I ordered a second unit for the expected failure of a second gas-log unit.

The new remote is simple to use and easily adjusted to match the existing Skytech receiver. The features include simple "on off" buttons, as well as being able to set a temperature at which the unit will shut down once the set temperature is achieved.

This was my 4th purchase of a Sunbeam heated mattress pad, made just like this one. One is currently heating my daughter's bed and has for at least 4 years. My first two lasted years (I'm talking 7-10 or more years, really!) I bought my first for warmth when I had a big old "hybrid" water bed, the ones with water filled tubes tucked inside a regular mattress. My second was purchased when we replaced it with pillow top queen size.

We have a deep mattress and this fits fantastic. It's made like a fitted sheet enough room to tuck under so it doesn't "pop" off. I've read complaints about the plug but we've not found it inconvenient at all. IMHO, your body learns to ignore it. This is my first one with an automatic cut off -we love this. I've always machine washed on gentle and line dried just as instructed.

I know that it's less expensive than some others. The pad itself isn't made of pure cotton or anything fancy. But I have consistently received a durable, dependable, long lasting product when purchasing a Sunbeam heated mattress pad. My daughter has already added it to her list of must-haves for when she outfits her dorm next year.

I had a Sunbeam heated mattress pad on my queen size bed and loved it. This year I ordered one for my twin bed in the guest room. Does not seem to be made as well, It heats unevenly and does not get as warm. Wondering if Sunbeam is looking to cut corners!!!!!

I purchased this product because we have one on another bed and knew it worked well. The electric blanket I had kept unplugging and getting tangled up with my feet. When I wanted to replace it I got the bed warmer, because I knew they were wonderful. I was not disappointed at all, and I am now warm in the winter and it doesn't get unplugged. I love it!

I live in the Arizona desert. It does get cold. I did not want to invest a great deal of money in a heated mattress pad, since I will only use it one month of the year. This was it! It is great. Warms quickly, and I get into a toasty warm bed. Easy to operate. The controls are lighted so you can see if it is on at night, or turn it down when it is too warm.

Purchased this cooler July, 2009 and it stopped working in May, 2010. Didn't get around to calling the company until end of July and was told that I was out of luck as the warranty was up. I have owned this product for just about 9 months. It's dead. The first thing that went was the temperature indicator light, when it began to read either "99" or only in Celsius. Then it starting "cooling" only to 74 degrees. I found this product to be highly unreliable, inconsistent, and overall a very poor purchase. I do not recommend it to anyone. Complete waste of money. Only later did I find out (since searching for a replacement) how bad Danby's are in terms of temperature regulation. Won't make that mistake again. Warranty was no help.

I recieved this item around Christmas. I bought it for my mother for Christmas. When I set it up for her it took a few hours for it to get to the tempature recommended, and when it did it was all gravy. Its now been a month, and I asked my mother how has it been, she said its still doing great. It also has a blue LED light for you to see, or you just want to show off. My only "thumbs down" was that the company shipped my product to someone else, but they re-shipped it just in time for the holidays.

I did considerable research before I purchased this grill and I'm very pleased with the results. The grilling surface, while not huge, is quite large enough for a couple of good-sized steaks or several hamburgers or chicken pieces. It heats up quickly and cooks evenly and efficiently and I've found clean-up to be a breeze. At first I dismissed the little plastic spatulas as silly and useless but I found that they're the perfect size and shape for gently scraping the plates to loosen any food residue before swiping them with a damp paper towel or sponge.

This is one product that works as advertised and I highly recommend it.

I had originally bought the Foreman grill with removable plates (GRP4P) but it didn't seem to get very hot. I suspect it is underpowered in terms of wattage and the removable plates cause some loss in temperature. By contrast this grill gets good and hot, browning foods very nicely. The large size is great for families.

the George forman jumbo grill in black is one of the best I've ever had. Cooking is fast and easy and the clean up is a breeze. We made burgers on it and grilled the onions to go with them, then put it all together with the bread and cheese and turned the grill into a pannini maker. The sandwiches came out great and only one thing to clean. .There was no greasy taste and only a little shrinkage. I recommend this highly. Just got married and moved into our first apartment. The unit we have is the T10-1143. The only complaint we have was something happened that wouldnt let the fan run on auto...instead it stayed on ALL THE TIME, unless the heat was turned off. It cost us about $90 in elevated power bills before we realized what was happening and had it fixed.

Not sure how it compares to a digital unit, but would be very interested to find out.
