My wife and I are very pleased with the heater. The pedestal allows it be off the floor so it works much better for the bedrooms where the floor heaters just toast the bed cover. And the oscillating feature is very handy to spread the heat throughout the room. Its more expensive then the floor models but for bedrooms and other limited floor space areas, its terrific. Silent when not oscillating and practically silent when it is going.

I've been using Optimus heaters for several years, and they are by far superior to space heaters. I used to use regular space heaters before but always had problems with the fans going out in them, so I decided to try radiant heat and haven't looked back. I have an Optimus H-4500 now and absolutely LOVE it. This heater easily warms up my 250 square foot family room in just a few minutes and it puts out heat almost instantly after you turn it on. I really like the digital display, timer, and the remote that this model offers. The metal grate on the front also doesn't get hot, so it is safe to touch and kid/pet friendly. It also has a safety feature with an automatic shut off in case it is knocked over. I recommend them to everyone!

Really happy with my new dish heater. Silent when running, except in the beginning when I started using it, I heard some subtle clicking noises, but now they seem to be gone.

It has the thermostat and the timer, so it is smart. Will auto stop heating when the temperature reach at certain point, but will turn off when the timer is gone. This feature is good if you want to go to sleep without any worries.

The remote is awesome too so I can control it from my bed easily in the morning before I get up from the bed.

My room is not very big but it is heated really good.

The only con, is that it doesn't holds the heat for very long, so in case your room gets colder quickly, this product needs to run more often, which will consume more energy.

Well first off, the heating aspect of this heater does do its job. I've owned this product for almost a year now, and it does heat the room. The problem is the Oscillator is very weak. Sometimes it gets stuck and just clicks constantly without turning. Very cheaply built obviously but it does warm the room. I like the thermostat feature also. Would recommend if the oscillator worked more often, but to me it just seems cheaply made.

This item came within a timely manner but there were some disappointments. The cabinet's instruction sheets were half missing, some of the pieces were not labeled, and even though the fireplace fits it doesn't attach easily. After trial and error with the pieces the finished product looks great.

I purchased the coolfan initially on its own to cool 300b tubes in a highend audio amplifier. I was told by my manufacturer that if I could get recirculating air to the tubes there was a potential of doubling the life of the tubes since heat destroys most everything.

When I got the fan I was very impressed with the quality of build for its 4 inch size and the 56cfm rated output. The case of this fan is aluminum and it has some weight for its 4 inch square size.

When I initially plugged it in and saw how powerful it was I was impressed with the high air flow but I knew that the noise level was not going to work in my application because I needed dead quiet for listening to music.

Jimmie fixed this problem by sending me a powercord (also sold on Amazon) that contains a variable voltage control to the fan thus you can adjust the speed for any intended application.

I therefore adjusted the speed to almost as slow as it would go and the noise level dropped 10 fold while still circulating enough air to make the fan perfect for my intended use. If you do this you will only hear a faint whisper from 3 feet away and from where I listen (12 feet) you cannot detect any noise yet it is circulating air out to 3-4 feet. Therefore I would highly suggest purchasing the fan with the variable speed power cord....it really makes the fan much more versatile.

For those of you that have found bargains that really work this should be added to your list. For those of you that want a quality fan for cooling internal space of a home theater enclosed rack, hi-end tube power amplifier,computer case and many other devices this one should be at the top of your list. I might also add that Jimmie at AC FAN was a joy to work with and his service was outstanding. Highly Recommended.

This model was perfect for the cabinet I'm building for my home theater system. I installed it on the backside and can barely hear it. I also bought the High Airflow model to replace some Sunon ones I had in my LED signs outdoors. This low noise model was much quieter and delivered a good amount of air for the amount of noise it made. Both fans were very high in quality and felt solid. The cord that came with it easily plugged onto the fan and into the outlet. I plan on ordering another one for my speaker set up.

This fan arrived quickly and well packaged. It moves a lot more air than I thought it would. I am going to be mounting this backwards as an exhaust / ventilation fan on a large acrylic bird cage. I expect it will work quite well considering the amount of air it moves.

I purchased two. One for my whole-house sound cabinet and one for my surround/entertainment cabinet. Both are doing a great job of cooling. They run very quiet. You can hear them if you get really close to the cabinet, but you have to be listening for them and really close. Normally, I forget they're even there.

I use the fan to circulate air behind my kegerator. The fan was easy to mount. It isn't the quietest fan ever but sure moves a lot of air for its size and price.

This console is one of my better purchases. We have a 37 inch television and it fits beautifully, as do hundreds of cds in the cabinetry down below. But the big deal is the electric fireplace, and do I have a good story to tell about this!

I put this cabinet together by myself with a minimum of expletives. Really, the instructions were quite clear, written by someone whose native language is English. And I had an electrician come and put in a separate circuit (15 amps) dedicated to this unit. (Don't even THINK of sharing this unit with another device on the same circuit: you'll blow your circuit breaker.) Well, it was summer, so I didn't turn on the fireplace. We use a pellet stove, and put this unit in the living room, which is furthest away from the stove, hence the coldest. Hoo boy was I disappointed to find that the stove didn't work. No way, no how, this stove was not functioning. So I emailed the company that makes it (Southern Enterprises) and they sent me, FREE, a replacement fireplace -and paid for the pickup of the dead unit. I was expecting a form letter back telling me that I had waited too long to tell them.

Given the quality of this unit, its stylishness, and its compact nature, everyone who comes over to our house wants to know where we got it. I happily tell them, and I recommend purchasing this unit without any hesitation. Great, great company, this Southern Enterprises.

Thank you AMAZON, again., you came through., as always. I bought a Honeywell Thermostat at a local hardware store and when I went to install it I had a 3 or 4" space around the thermostat that made it look so bad. I went back to the store and they said they do not carry these covers. So I called Honeywell and the part # they gave me wasn't the correct one. I went on Google to find a cover plate for the Honeywell thermostat and Amazon was the cheapest even with the shipping., so thanks Again Amazon., I cannot wait till I receive it., I measured the amount that I would need to cover my area and it will fit perfectly.

I purchased a Robertshaw horizontal digital thermostat, but my old analog thermostat was vertical and I didn't want to have to pull the metal box out of the wall, make the adjustment, patch the wall, etc.

This wall plate did the trick. I attached the horizontal thermostat to the wall plate with a short screw and nut (not supplied), then the wall plate the the vertical metal box in the wall. Works perfect!

Couldn't have hoped for more with this we have a addition on the back of our home with A LOT of windows. We live in a colder climate and the room gets so cold in the winter. We wanted to grow some plants in there and this heater has helped us to create a tropical climate in the room it's been really great. I don't know exactly what the gas consumption but our bill has only gone up about $15 per month and we use it to heat it all the time. Very nice product highly recommendable.

I had one of the originals...with the vaneer look. --Ugly yes, but it was actually very sturdy & well made. Unfortunately, it got lost in a move.

Then I purchased the newer one. It just wasn't as good of quality & the latch section cracked on me on the fourth or fifth use! Garbage!

Pay more $ on a Cuisenart or Delongi...you'll be happier.

This is a nice little sandwich maker. It's compartments are pretty small. You have to cut the crust off of your bread and cut it diagonally in order to fit the sandwich in the compartment. Also, you need to keep an eye on it, because the indicator light isn't realiable to let you know when the sandwich is done. I've had a couple of too cruchy edges on my sandwiches because of this. Otherwise, it makes a great sandwich! For the money it really is a pretty nice machine.
