this blanket is great. i ordered it about a month ago, in seashell (which is more like a light pink, i like it). the material is plush and snuggly, the wires are well thought out, giving you enough room to plug in, reach the bottom of the bed/couch, and the remote right next to you. in the morning or night i can keep the heat low and wrap up in my warm cocoon. its even warmth and does get pretty warm. Everyone who comes over wants to sit on the couch with it on. For Christmas, I am ordering one for my dad and one for my mom for their couches when they watch their shows at night. i highly recommend this for the winter!!!

I had been researching dehydrators for months and finally decided on this one. I am happy I did. I have dried veggies, fruits, made jerky and fruit leathers so far. It is easy to use, has great recipes and works well. It is nice to be able to give the kids snacks that are not full of sugars and things no one can pronounce. I only wish it had a timer. I will probably use a regular timer and plug it into that.

Pros: *fan not in bottom of unit allows for more uniform drying

*temperature control

*size fits nicely on a kitchen counter

*availability of accessories

*ease of use

Cons: *no timer

*no on/off switch you have to unplug the unit to turn it off

I was so surprised at how well this dehydrator works

expected it to work okay but not this good!

I put 5 pounds of beef to dry, expecting it to take at least a day.

5 hours later and it was done!

This was thicker sliced than the paper thin I usually do

on top of that!

I love that the heater and fan are on the top

that makes clean up after jerky

a breeze.

My sister just bought one too and is very happy she did.

We both contemplated on buying the Excalibur one but

this by far is a better deal for your money.

I have had it a week now and have used it almost every day.

With the excellent quality of this dehydrator I expect to get

many , many years of use out of it

Update...

over a year later and we found that we needed more than one dehydrator, so we purchased another one of these with extra trays, screens.

we were hooked on dehydrating...so easy and no food spoilage!

We found ourselves needing even another dehydrator to keep up with all the

fresh produce and meats that we would purchase in bulk to save money.

This time we bought an Excalibur 9 tray with timer.

I have to say, we should of just bought another Nesco American Harvest

FD-75PR. The Nesco dehydrated the corn faster than the high priced Excalibur and I found I did need to rotate the trays in the Excalibur,

because the foods on the back of the trays dried faster than the foods on the front of the trays.

So ...if we need another dehydrator down the road we're sticking with

Nesco American Harvest FD-75PR 700-Watt Food Dehydrator and putting the extra cash we save in the bank!

9/21/2012 update...Over 5 years later and still going strong. Have used it for everything from dehydrating fruits and veggies, various types of jerky, raw foods recipes , roll ups and dehydrating meals for camping. Still Very happy with this dehydrator.

Very impressed with this unit. Don't waste your money on a lower cost dehydrator that lacks a fan or variable temperature. I have made about 6 batches of jerky and each has turned out great.

Pros:

Can expand the number of trays

Temperature selection

Fan to circulate air

Cons:

No timer this is a serious bummer

Trays aren't totally dishwasher safe heat will warp the plastic.

A correction I once owned the FD-50 version of this dehydrator. It sadly got washed away in a flood.

For all of you who want a timer: Go to the hardware store and buy an outlet timer. This is what I did with the FD50 and it worked great.

Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Nesco FD-75PR Snackmaster Pro Food Dehydrator

OK, this is my first dehydrator so I can't compare this to other units but so far I'm truly impressed! I made my first batch of beef jerky in about four hours and it was delicious! I also made some chicken jerky for my boxer (one of the main reasons I got this unit) and it works great for that as well. I can't wait to try some new stuff!

I've seen a few comments concerned about power consumption so I figured I'd post my findings. This is a 700 Watt unit but remember that appliances controlled by thermostat don't run at peak power the whole time. I tested mine for 4 hours at 160 degrees and it used 1.68 kWh or an average consumption of 420 Watts per hour. Current cost of power where I live is around 10 cents per kWh so this unit costs me a little over 4 cents per hour. If I run it 10 hours a week, I'm looking at around $1.82 per month. I saved more than that making my first 1 lb of jerky!

As others have said, clean-up is a piece of cake especially with the clean-a-screens I recommend going ahead and getting enough of these to cover each tray. I didn't have to do any rotation and the jerky was done evenly throughout. The fan is quiet like white noise and the unit puts off a little heat but only right around where it is sitting (where else is the air passing around the food at 160F going to go?).

I guess a timer would be nice but I can pick up a timer at the hardware store. It even helps dog-sit as my boy wouldn't leave the kitchen the whole time it was going...

January 2011 I've now had this dehydrator 2 1/2 years and it is still going strong. I really don't use the clean-a-screens anymore, I just use the dishwasher to clean the tray's and bottom you just have to make sure you select "air dry" so the trays don't get damaged. I'm up to 9 trays and for me that's as many as I'll probably ever need. It is nice to know I could add 3 more if I needed to and I have no doubt it would work perfectly with 12 racks. This thing has paid for itself many times over and continues to produce great tasting treats!

Update: June 2013 Just a quick update to say 5 years in and this thing is still doing great. I wish all of my appliances were this reliable!

i really like this unit, and it works really well.although i think the pilot flame could be smaller even when adjusted all the way down. just seems like a big waste of fuel. but still a great unit...

Just installed in a 28 x 24 garage with an 8' ceiling (the ceiling is not completely insulated yet). It's a cold windy day (0 degrees wind chill), and this heater is keeping the garage warm enough to work in a flannel shirt. Without the ceiling being finished, much of the heat is obviously escaping right out the roof vents. I do believe that once the ceiling is completed, it will do a fine job in this garage.

Shipped quickly from Amazon with no damage; instructions easy to follow; installation was simple. Called Mr. Heater's Customer Service line with a simple question, and after punching a few buttons to get to the correct department, I actually spoke to a real person who also spoke English. Thermostat wiring could have been a bit longer.

Two points to consider when installing:

One, although overall very light, the heater is quite a bit heavier on one end due to the control valve, making it necessary to put a slight bend in the hanger to make it hang level. The factory could have positioned the mounting point slightly to the left to counter balance the heater, but this is minor and easily corrected.

And two, be patient about letting air bleed from the gas line and getting gas through the control valve when you first light the pilot. My supply line is less than 40' from the tank to the heater, but it took several minutes of holding the gas valve in at the 'Pilot' position to get gas to flow.

I'd recommend one of these to anyone with similar heating needs.

I purchased this window air conditioner at a Southern California Walmart in July, 2003 for $125. After lugging it home, I installed it in my bedroom(15X15)window. It worked well during that summer, but now (June, 2004) it no longer cools sufficiently it has become more like a window fan. I cycled it off and on every month during the past winter (Southern California style)as advised in the included instruction manual. The manual states a one year free maintenance guarantee, but doesn't tell you about the $50/hour diagnostic charge levied by their affiliated independent service organization. I am very disappointed with this Goldstar unit, and would definitely not purchase another. I previously owned a GE 5000 btu model and it was much more durable.

Best Deals on GoldStar R5050 5,000-Btu Air Conditioner

Let me ask all the readers out there an important question. How many times have you taken your air conditioner out of your window come October or November, and when you put it back in May or June, plug it in and turn it on, you discover that it's no longer capable of blowing cold air? This seems to happen ALL the time with Goldstar air conditioners. When it does happen, the AC is done so you're better off getting another one. A hot summer such as the one we Americans are experiencing this year in 2012 can be downright *brutal* and... it happened to me just last week with the kitchen air conditioner. My oh my is it mighty hot in here, especially when it's 4 in the afternoon, cooking on the stove, 100 smoldering degrees outside and no wind blowing whatsoever. Not a pleasant situation to find yourself in...

I give this model 4 stars because it works for up to 5 years at least, but when it STOPS working there will be no warning signs ahead of time. You've been warned.

I would say this product is super sturdy. Each summer, I remove it from storage and jamm it in my bedroom window for extra cooling. /peak shaving and it works and works.. perfectly since 2004. my texas summers are 104 F.

this darn thing is nt showing any signs of aging.. saving me a ton. as I dont use my central AC in the night ( why cool the entire home) when I use the bedroom only for 9 hours

This is the best consumer hot plate out there. It has a quality build and short cycle time that keeps temperatures very steady. The long cycle times built into cheap hot plates can cause temperatures to fluctuate by 30 to 60 degrees, making them frustrating to use.

At work, I use a $500 laboratory hotplate that is extremely accurate and so perhaps I am a bit more demanding that the ordinary consumer. If you appreciate quality and are tired of buying junk, then this is the one.

My wife dyes wool which is an interesting and care taking process.

She needed a good reliable heat source, something that she could control and she could depend upon.

Using a table outside, the Broil King a kitchen appliance, finds its home under the large pot of water, dye and wool. It is safe, perfect for her. It is dedicated to this demanding use only. Should we need an indoor "Hot Plate" for food it will be a Broil King it is solid reliable product.

Bought this unit for home canning. Unit came with a nice heavy power cord, power indicator lite that shows when the heating element comes on and an easy to adjust temperature control knob. I used this with my presto 23 qrt. canner and a 28 qrt. stock pot for heating my glass ware. It brought my canner to a boil in 13 minutes. Virtually the same as my stove top. I used a watt meter to track the current draw during use. It pulls 1425 watts and 12 amps. Its advertised as 1500 watts so its missing 75 watts some where but I don't think that small amount matters. Nice finish on unit which makes for easy clean up. Seems well made over all. I didn't care for the hard plastic legs as it tended to slide around the counter top when placing or removing a pot. If I was going to change one thing, that would be it. The whole unit tends to get hot but not unreasonably so since a wide pot forces the heat out around the bottom so it has to go some where. This is a nice addition to any kitchen weather for canning or just having an additional burner for cooking a large meal. I already ran it for many hours with no problems. Time will tell how it holds up in the long run.

Honest reviews on Broil King CSR-3TB Professional Single Hot Plate, Hi Power, 14-Inch

I've had Broil King hot plates in the past and they've been just great. Ordered two of this one because it has an 8" burner. But Broil King cheaped out on the power on light. The on-off switch does not have an indicator light (the rocker is painted red when the unit is on). The burner-on switch cycles on and off as the solenoid sends power to the burner. What you end up with is a hot plate that can be on and hot but with no light on. This is a recipe for an accident. The Cadco CSR-3T appears to be from the same manufacturer, looks like it has the same construction, and the power on switch is lighted.

Update June, 2013: I purchased two Cadco CSR-3T which is the twin to the Broil King and, even though the user manual indicated a lighted power on switch, it, too came with the painted switch. I contacted Cadco and described the problem. Customer service contacted Production, and told me there had been problems with reliability of the lighted switches, so they switched (so to speak) to the unlighted switch. But they had some spare lighted switches and would construct two for me at no charge and cover the return pickup and shipping of the two that I already had. Unbelievable! This product is manufactured in the US (Connecticut), and except for the power on switch, is a great product (it would be five+ stars in my book if it had a lighted switch). And the customer service is amazing. Hopefully, Cadco has fixed the problem.

I have been using electric burners for years & when the last one I had burned out I thought thats it. I am going to invest in a good one and I did :) with cheap ones nothing cooks even one side of the pot / pan is burning and the other side is cold so I did some research and got the Broil King and it paid off in a BIG way 1500 watts it is just like the real deal minus the actual stove things are cooking faster nothing is getting burned I just love it, but it is not cheap it also has a 3 year warrenty you cannot beat this one it is one of the best out there I highly suggest this one over any, I hope this helps, That old saying you get what you pay for is very true in this case, I would have more than one if I could, but it is too much power, you will just love how even things cook, you have so much control over how things cook, espically with winter coming up you can make a soup or a pot of stew and actually enjoy letting it cook as nothing will burn up I have vintage cookware that does just fine with this product, as does the new stuff I just love it so much it has those vents all the way around it is like a powerful machine, you actually look forward to cooking :)

I bought this fryer mainly because of its capacity, we're a family of 4, and because I heard good things about it. I am so glad I did! This fryer cooks 3 pounds of food perfectly! I made a ton of homemade potato chips tonight. This fryer is easy to use and easy to clean, and, as a bonus, it's easy to drain so you can save your oil.

When I was a teenager I worked at Burger King, and cooking with this fryer made me feel like I was at the fry station again (not that I want to relive that feeling). But, really, it has an actual basket that lowers into the hot oil and it has a place to set the basket so when your food is done it drains properly.

My Chinese chicken and broccoli has never tasted so good! This fryer is a gem.

If you like to cook and want to cut down your cooking time on foods such as french fries, chicken, fish for tacos etc..., then this is definitely a purchase to make. Amazon has free shipping on this fryer which is why I bought it from them.

We had a Fry Daddy years ago, and there is absolutely no comparison whatsoever between the Fry Daddy and this Delonghi fryer. Delonghi is light years ahead.

This deep fryer won't disappoint!

My family and I celebrate Thanksgiving with a large seafood feast. Much of it is fried, and we need a LOT because everyone loves it. Traditionally, I have been the one camped outside in whatever weather happened to be around that year, frying up the large batches in my turkey fryer. While the adventure was always fun, monitoring temperature through multiple batches was difficult, and cleanup was always a nightmare. This year, we decided to try something that would keep me inside and possibly ease the cleanup effort. This fryer seems to be the answer.

First, I should say that I only give 5 stars when I can't think of a way to improve a product, so don't let the 4 stars color your impression. This fryer did everything I needed with no hassle. We were able to to fry up over 4 lbs of shrimp, 1 pint and a half of oysters, over 2 lbs of scallops, 4 soft shell crabs, and 3 large catfish fillets. I used smaller batches since this was my first time using the fryer, so it took a little longer, but I'm totally comfortable using larger batches next time around.

Once the oil reached temperature the first time, the unit had no problem maintaining the temperature. I probably ran about 15 batches through this fryer before I was done, and could have gone longer but would have had to change the oil. After we ate and relaxed for a bit, the oil was cool enough to drain for disposal. The best part was, after I drained the oil, my wife cleaned the fryer since it looked so easy to her (this is usually my job, also). She said the cleanup was a breeze. I've only had it about a week, so I'll update this review if durability becomes a problem. I expect we'll be using this unit rather often based on our experience. I should also point out that I never used the cover during the entire process, and did not notice much splatter around the unit. I probably would have used the cover (which has a metal, washable air filter) if I was using longer cooking times.

Since seafood fries quickly, I decided to set the time for 12 minutes, so I could manually control the start and stop of the heating element. So after first setting up the time and temperature my process was:

1) Press the on/off button with the food ready to go. When the green light comes on, drop the food and press on/off to start the timer (and keep the element going it shuts off if you don't press on/off when it reaches temperature).

2) After the proper frying time, press the on/off button to shut off the element, then pull the basket and dump the food.

3) Get the next batch ready, then press on/off to start the oil heating again. It usually only took a minute or two to get back to temperature, then drop the food and press on/off again to start the timer and cook the next batch.

Here's what I think could be better:

1) Operation can be confusing because it shuts off at each step in the process for safety reasons. They try to explain this in the instructions, but it's not real clear how to handle multiple batches. I described my solution above for anyone else who may have to do multiple batches. The trick is to set the time much longer than you expect a batch to take and shut it off manually. Otherwise, you have to reset the time for each batch (if you let the timer reach zero).

2) The digital display could use more information. At times it shows a temperature, but you don't know if it's showing you the actual temperature of the oil (which it does during the heating process), or the temperature you set. It would be nice if there was an indicator of which temperature is being displayed.

3) The plastic tab used as a safety interlock (pointed out by a previous reviewer) is a bit obscure and not called out by any of the instructions or enclosed warnings. Mine did not break, but I can see if you didn't know it was there, you might try to push down on the main unit to get it seated and end up breaking the tab. The main unit seats very easily when the tab is aligned with the proper hole, so don't press or you'll risk breaking the tab.

4) It's called a "dual zone" fryer, but the "cool zone" below the element is only about an inch deep. I have trouble believing that zone is much cooler than the oil an inch higher. I did find the food droppings were not as dark as when I used the turkey fryer, but that might be more related to my ability to use a slightly lower frying temperature with the smaller batches and not having the constant heat applied.

5) The drain spout could be a little longer to make it easier to put a container underneath while the unit is still on a counter. This is a convenience comment because the drain spout worked fine when we emptied the fryer, it was just hard to keep the container aligned with the spout.

5) It would be nice to have a little more room to shake the basket while frying, without hitting the element.

So to conclude, 4 stars means "very good" in my reviews. Between the way it performed, the easy cleanup, and the fact that all the parts store inside the unit for storage, I have no trouble recommending this fryer. I hope it is as durable as it was convenient.

Received this as a gift for Christmas '08. Have used it at least 8 times so far, and have had no problems with the function or electronics or anything. It does cook well, and it is nice and easy to clean once you have the oil drained (just throw most of it into the dishwasher!). However, one of the reasons that I requested this fryer was for the draining system, and I am pretty disappointed in it. I was hoping for something a little more sophisticated then just a simple valve that opens, like maybe a built-in filter and a reservoir to hold the oil.

If you want to drain the oil, you have to first find a nice container to use to store the oil in. Then you have to try and hold this container up to the valve, along with a strainer or other filter to keep the oil clean, and I found you also need a funnel to keep the oil from running all over the place. While holding all of these items under the valve, you then have to try and open the valve. Once most of the oil has drained into the container (hopefully!), then you need to try and tip the fryer forward to get the rest of it through the valve. This task is obviously a little easier with 2 people, but would have been a lot easier if they had designed the unit better and made it so you only had to open the valve and it just filtered into an attached reservoir (or even a detachable container of some sort).

Another thing I don't like is the fact that you have to set the timer before it will even start heating the oil. I'm not sure why, but once you select the temperature, it won't start heating until you set how long you will be cooking the food for. I have yet to even actually use the timer, since I usually need to cook several batches, so I just set the timer to something like 10 minutes, but then when the oil reaches the right temperature, I just cook the food and keep track of the cooking time myself.

Overall, it is a good fryer that does a good job of cooking the food, but I don't think it is worth the price until the draining system and electronic timer is improved.

Honest reviews on DeLonghi D24527DZ Dual Zone 3-Pound-Capacity Deep Fryer

This is the far best fryer I have ever owned.

Took some getting use to with the magnet plug. Once I learned how to use the plug everything was and is great with the fryer. Cooks fast and even.

You must have all items ready to go when using this product. I can have supper cooked less then 10 mins.

I love that I'm able to save oil, since all I use is peanut oil.

Looks great on the counter. Very easy to clean, everything goes into the dishwasher execpt heating element, which all you have to do with it is rinse with scolding hot water and a little soap and comes very clean.

I love it!!! Makes frying foods fun and not a job.

I cooked fried chicken in it and it came out crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. I have not fried chicken in years due to huge mess it makes, but this fryer made it easier.

If you are looking for a good looking and great fryer this is the one you should buy.

I purchased this product after months of research and reading prior customer reviews. I have made homemade chicken nuggets, onion rings and French fries and can't say enough good things about the results. One: Easy to operate; Two: Easy to clean; Three and most important: fabulous tasting fried foods! This couldn't have been easier. I chose this heater over a gas model because I had a 220 run right by where I wanted to mount it, but no gas lines even near my garage. There was also a junction box right there that supplies power to my shed (a 2 fuse sub panel for lights and a couple of outlets). My garage is a 2 1/2 car measuring about 34' x 28' with insulation in the walls, but the rafters and ceiling are open. My goal was never to get the entire garage up to 70 degrees and keep it there for the winter, but merely to get it above 55 for about a week so I could finish staining and varnishing the trim work and jams for the windows I replaced a couple of months ago.

My first impression when I picked up the 29 lb. box that was smaller than any computer box I've had in recent years was that there is no way this little heater is going to be able to do the job, but I proceeded anyway thinking that for the price I could get a second one. I ran 10-3 from the junction box down to a wall switch and then back up to where I mounted the heater (with the breaker off). It has very straight forward wiring and simple instructions that were very easy to follow. I flipped on the breaker, fired up the heater, and put it on high thinking that this little guy would probably struggle, but I was very surprised that after about a minute it started cranking out some serious heat. I turned it down about half-way and hung a thermometer at the other end of the garage. The outside temp was around 45 and within an hour or so it was 65 in my garage. I ended up turning it down to low and even with the overnight temp getting into the low 30s my garage has maintained 60 to 70 degrees with no problem.

It's been a little over a week since I got the heater and put it in place and my staining has turned out awesome!

After reading other reviews of this heater, I chose this as the solution for heating my detached workshop.

I had read that the spacing inside was a little tight for wiring the power cord, and this was indeed true. Not a huge deal, but could have been laid out a little better. More frustrating was that the knockout for the 1" access hole was very difficult to remove -much more difficult than in other service panels I've used. One half of it tapped loose pretty easily, but the other half would not even pry out without deforming the side wall of the case a bit A few taps with some body hammers and it was back in shape. That could have been easier, though.

One pleasant surprise I found when reading the included manual is that the unit can easily be configured for any of the following wattages: 3750, 5000, 6250, and 7500. I almost bought the smaller 5000 W unit because I was concerned that my 70 A service to my shop might not be enough to power this heater, air compressor, and other power tools I often use. Now that its installed, it appears to not be a problem, but I wish I had known that it was configurable like this as I would not have hesitated at all buying this bigger unit. If it does trip my main breaker, I can just move a wire jumper or two and lower the heater's power consumption. Brilliant. Of course, it would then put out fewer BTU's, but that's the tradeoff.

In general, I'm impressed with the unit's construction and performance. The fan moves a good amount of air and it fairly quickly raised the temperature of my 864 sq ft shop to a comfortable level. Yes, there are hot and cold spots due to lack of general air circulation, but that could be rectified with small fans in a couple of strategic locations. Using an infrared temperature meter I measured the temp of the floor to be about 47 degrees, objects at mid-height at about 55 degrees, and the ceiling in the middle of the room a toasty 70. That's with the heater thermostat set on one notch above the LO setting (and it's now 25 degrees outside). I'm confident this heater could bring my work space up to 60 or 70 if the thermostat was set higher. I'm anxious to do that test on the next really cold day (has been pretty mild so far this winter). Keep in mind my walls and overhead door are insulated. It would probably not do so well if that wasn't the case. I might consider blowing insulation in the attic space now that I have heat to keep in.

I would definitely recommend this heater to anyone looking for a heating solution for their unheated space.

I needed to heat an un-insulated 2.5 car garage in the Chicago area, enough to do some wood work over the winter months. I picked this model since it was 50% more powerful than the 5000 watt heater that many reviewed. (I knew from on-line heat calculators that I needed as much heat as I could afford for my set up.)

It requires 8/2 wire, with 240v 40 amp circuit. (It actually uses about 32 amps.) I ran 8/3 (since 8/2 wasn't easily available), and installed a 50 amp outlet & cord. (40 amp outlets are not a common size.)

The unit itself is industrial, as advertised. It is smaller than you might expect for 7500 watts. A few suggestions for improvement:

1. Instructions are poorly illustrated.

2. Instructions state that 10 gauge wire can be used for the supply circuit, but 8 gauge is the proper size. (The wiring diagram inside the unit correctly states 8 gauge.)

3. There are two knock-outs for the power supply cable, one on the back, one on the left. Only one of these two is really large enough for a pre-assembled 50 amp supply cord. This will not be a problem if you are instead running 8/2 or 8/3 directly to the unit.

4. The connection terminals in the unit would be much easier to use if not located in the back corner of the unit.

5. Ability to connect remote thermostat would be nice. (Might be possible; if so, not explained in instructions.)

6. Would be nice to have LED indicating that unit is on.

How does it work? Well, I knew that it would be somewhat undersized for my needs, but I have to say I was underwhelmed when I first turned it on--the heat is noticeable only within a very small area directly in front of the unit. The fan is rated at 2x the CFM of the 5000 watt unit, so I expected the airflow to be noticeable more than 10' from the unit.

To illustrate how far undersized 7500 watts is for my needs, I turned the unit on and left the garage door closed and waited to see how long it would take for the garage to heat up. After two hours the snow finally fell off the two cars. 24 hours later the snow that fell off the cars had not yet melted! There wasn't really a huge amount of snow to melt, and the outdoor temperature during this test was not all that cold (about 25 degrees), so even leaving the unit on for extended periods does very little to heat the garage.

Overall, the unit is as advertised but could use some minor improvements. It is not well-suited for un-insulated garages, but that is not a fault of the unit itself.

Honest reviews on Ceiling-Mount Industrial Electric Heater - 7500 Watt, 31.3 Amp

The physical size of this heater is in no way proportional to the amount of heat it produces. Our garage is 18' x 36' with 13' ceilings. There is insulation, but no sheet-rock covering the framing. The unit is hung in a corner, diagonally, 11' high, and 1' from the side walls. It will raise the temperature in the back half of the structure about 10 degrees in 30 minutes. The fan pushes the air out of the corner strong enough that one can feel the air-flow 30' away. Our goal was to avoid installing ducted (ergo expensive) heat with interior and exterior units, yet find a way to take the sting out of the air to the point we could work/play in the structure. If we plan ahead a couple of hours, we can turn the heater on and come back to a comfortable environment. Goal reached and customers satisfied! The only things missing are a digital thermostat and a remote control, the latter of which would prevent me from having to climb a ladder to make an adjustment. I hesitate to mention that because this product is a great value.

Purchased three weeks ago, this heater exceeded my expectations. I have a two car garage without insulation and I am using the low setting to heat up to 60F. The thermostat works perfectly. I am very happy with this product.

I bought this a little over a month ago and love it. Haven't had any problems. Its make a waffle and omelet at the same time and they are great. Price was a little more than I usually spend but I had a customer that told me about it and he thought it was great. I have to say I agree. I like mine so much that I am ordering another one for a friends house warming gift. I have no regrets, when mine wears out from over using it, I will order another one.

This waffle and omelette maker is awesome. It makes delicious food; I have made pancakes, waffles, and omelettes in this and every time they are delicious. However, when you are cooking a waffle and something else at the same time, you need to have the instructions nearby because the way that the machine beeps is different than it is in single use so you run the risk of over or undercooking things.

We have a couple of these Waring Pro Waffle irons, both model: wwm200pc. Apparently the PC boards are marginal and we've had our first failure of said Circuit Board. When checking with Waring Replacement Parts on this entire line of Waring Pro Models, I have yet to find a circuit or PC board for any model that is not obsolete! There apparently are no replacement boards available, making this unit a "throw-away" item like the $10 watch!

Here is an example "pasted" from Waring Replacement Parts for this unit the WMR300:

As you can see many parts are discontinued or obsolete! I will not replace my waffle maker with a Waring unit that cannot be fixed! My Mom had a waffle iron that lasted 30 years!

This refrigerator is the perfect mini-fridge!

This is bigger than the average mini-fridge, but it is small enough to store in small places. I have it in my bedroom.

It has two and a half shelves inside, and two mini-shelves on the door (one of which is fitted perfectly for a 2 liter bottle of soda).

The freezer is perfect, too. It keeps things frozen, unlike some other mini-fridges out there. It also comes with an ice cube tray. I have kept ice, ice cream, and Italian ice in the freezer, and they all stay frozen. I use dipping tobacco, and I also use the freezer to store my dip in to keep fresh. It is perfect. Keeps things frozen, and has a mini door so the food in the actual fridge doesn't get frozen. Works without any flaws.

Inside the fridge, there is a thermostat. It goes from 1-7 (I keep it on 7), and off. This way, if you are going away and have nothing in the fridge, just turn it off.

It has a nice, simple design. I have seen people give it bad reviews, but I have no clue why. It's perfect! If you are looking for a nice mini-fridge, this is the way to go! You won't be disappointed.

The thermostat is pretty cheaply made. The knob doesn't push on easily and that piece that attaches the thermostat to the heater bends in when you try to push the knob on. I finally gave up and just stuck it on a little so I can turn it, but it will probably fall off. I needed another one and got one from a different manufacturer. The other one is a LOT better made at a slightly lower price.
