I purchased the Prestige IAQ after comparing with other high-end thermostats (Ecobee, Nest) and have been very happy with the system. I didn't want to run new wiring, so the Prestige fit the bill perfectly.
Pros:
+ Wireless temp/humidity sensors (outdoor included, optional indoor sensor extra)
+ Circulate fan mode to even out temperatures in the house
+ 2 wire connection between the Equipment Interface Module and the thermostat
+ Proper humidifier support (no extra relay needed like the Nest 2nd Gen)
Cons:
Internet connectivity is extra-cost and basic in function (lacks usage/efficiency reporting)
No automatic learning capability like the Nest
Can be challenging to install (took me 3 hours, being extra-careful)
Potential deal-breaker:
Honeywell markets the Prestige as a PRO-installed device and will not provide any support or warranty service to do-it-yourself consumers (despite listing an 800 number in the manual).
I know that I take a risk by purchasing and installing this system myself, but I hope that it proves as reliable as my past Honeywell thermostats. Sadly, if it does break, I know that Honeywell won't be willing to help me.

Easy fix, bought this thermostat for $6, five minute install and presto . . . a working percolator.
I fixed 2 pots that I almost threw out.
Farberware's Super Fast 8 cup makers almost always blow this thermostat.
Bought 2 of these and saved myself from spending 60 bucks for a new pot.
Now I have both of my Farberware Super Fast 8 cup coffee makers working good as new.

Removed bottom of my 12 cup Farberware Coffee pot and replaced this thermostat. Also cleaned up a little rust on a few of the terminals. Also used thermal paste between the new thermostat and the adjoining pot base surface to improve thermal conductivity. The original problem was that the coffee would get hot but not hot enough. I believe this new thermostat resolved the problem where the percolator runs a bit longer initially and the coffee is hot from 1st to last cup.-Jeff

Little tough to get the existing wires off the bayonet locking device on the tab and slider but after got past that worked great.

I bought this remote to control my firegear ventless gas logs since I decided to switch to heating my house primarily by propane instead of my heat pump. This remote control units works well for my needs. I can set it to 70 degrees and it will cycle the logs on at 68 and off at 72. The only reason I did not give this item a 5 star rating is that you cannot adjust the swing setting, which is the +2 off and -2 on setting that controls the logs. I should have done more research, but I was able to compensate by playing with where I put the remote. I placed the remote a little closer to the fireplace, which effectively cycles the logs on/off how I prefer. According to my central heat/air thermostat, the effective swing is now only 1 degree. My actual temperature varies from 69-70 degrees.

Homebasix 1500 Watt Heater Fan NFA20 Reviews
I like the three heat settings, plus fan only. Thermostat works really well in holding the temperature in a tight range. (Not something my other heaters do well.) However, because its thin in depth, it tips over easily, especially on carpeted floors. Quality seems good or better than average for an inexpensive, plastic housing heater.
I use it for keeping my room slightly warmer than the thermostat temperature, and it works fine.

Bought 3 of these heaters from McDiarmid Lumber. I like the 3 heat settings plus fan and thermostat. They are relatively quiet. They are quite reliable compared to some other brands I've tried. I bought this fan to help disperse heat from the Fireplace but it doesnt seem to move a lot of air. I can barely tell a difference in airflow from when it's off and when it's on. It is very noisy and I still tend to keep it off most the time. The unit also takes quite a bit of time for the thermostat to heat which allows the unit to turn on. You can fix this by cutting out the thermostat and wiring the two wires together (the thermostat just connects the wires when it heats up).

Honeywell TH3110B1000 Non-Programmable digital heating / cooling Review
I wanted the simplest digital thermostat possible for use in an oft-rented condo. Unlike most, you don't even have to press a button on this one to see the current setting. It is in their commercial line, so it is sturdy and very flexible as to system type and wiring. The only drawback for some applications is that you have to pry the front cover off to replace the batteries. This avoids the little doors that usually break or fall off in heavy usage, but it also means that people unfamiliar with it could have trouble replacing the batteries, and unless your thermostat wiring supplies power (many don't), it needs the batteries to operate. Price is great and it was shipped on time.

Buy Sunbeam BW1370-030-772 LoftTec Heated Blanket
I agree it's plush and feels great, I'm not too fond of the shedding all over my sheets, but the softness makes that worthwhile. HOWEVER, once again I've received a product from Sunbeam that is defective. One of the controls doesn't register anything but "L". I'm not about to package the whole thing up, haul it to a shipping point or post office and sit and wait for Sunbeam to send it back! Why Sunbeam doesn't spend a little more and do some quality control is beyond me. Sure hope this Sunbeam blanket lasts longer than my previous blankets from Sunbeam.
This one, the Loftec Blanket, is wonderfully soft and fluffy,you wouldn't even know wires were in the blanket, and I only use number 3 and it is plenty warm enough. The blanket is thick without being too heavy that I actually feel this one serves as an extra blanket without the blanket even being turned on .
It cost more than I have paid for the others but I think it was well worth it .

I have had a few electric blankets over the years and though they all have done their job warming the bed, I always had a few minor complaints about each of them . Our freezer would not defrost and fridge was warm. Had repairman come in and replace defrost timer 2x, still did not work, told us to get rid of it and buy a new fridge/freezer. After trying 3 different electronic programable thermostats I switched back to this regular mechanical thermostat. It worked perfectly right out of the box without any adjustment of the adjustable heat anticipator. It does make a noise when the mechanical contacts release or come together, but small click assures one that the system will come on of go off. We never knew when the heat would go on or off with the new electronic thermostats even when the manual override switch was used. I was disappointed because the other reviews were very positive, including one that says the room temperature indicator is "spot on". This was not the case in my experience. The first one I received indicated 7 degrees low, so I returned it but the second one read 5 degrees low. Cheap Honeywell T8602D 2018 Chronotherm IV Deluxe Programmable
The easy to follow directions will get you up and running in under 40 minutes. Less, if you are an experienced installer.
The best part about the install process is that the thermostat I bought came with pre-printed stickers to put around the wires that you take off of your old thermostat. You take the "R" wire off the "R" terminal, label it, put it aside. When you have them all labeled (5-6 wires) you put them on the new thermostat, which is conveniently labeled like the stickers. A couple screws, three AA batteries, a snap of the cover and you are up and running. It's that easy!
The daily timer set-up was relatively easy, with a nice "Temporary" setting. You can change the temperature during a period (Wake, Leave, Arrive, and Sleep), but the setting cancels when the next program period starts or when you press "Run Program." This is helpful for those of us that forget to turn it back down/up -it just automatically goes back to your original program. Nice feature for when you have guests and kids: they can change the temp up and down, but once they leave it will go back to your settings.
It also has and "Indefinite hold temp" option and a "Vacation" option. The vacation option can be set for a desired number of days (up to 255) and have the house back to your programmed temp right before you return.
I have already felt the improvment over the old dial thermostat I used to have. The digital settings are much more accurate. Plus, I found that this unit turns off the unit but keeps the fan running for about a minute longer, saving you money by utilizing the heat/cool air that you already generated. My last thermostat simply turned the whole thing on and off.
You'll save money with this thermostat.
***UPDATE: I just found out that the batteries last about a year (+/a month). Also, when you replace the batteries you don't have to reprogram the thing! YES! All I had to do was set the time and it saw my old programed settings.

Honeywell thermostats of this design have pins in the back that fail to connect properly after a couple of battery changes. They will not last.Save your money and buy something else.
